Fix Push Notifications on Unlocked iPhones
This first half of this hint is ONLY for people WITHOUT AT&T. I have the official carrier of the iPhone, so I don't use this. However since I have used my iPhone on T-Mobile before, I feel that its definately handy for people on unlocked iPhones. So that is why I have included it. The Second half of the hint about "MakeItMine" works on any iPhone, regardless of your carrier. It just has to be jailbroken before either one of the following hints work.

Push notification is very sketchy on unlocked iPhones. But hope is here. A new application called "Push Doctor" is now available through Cydia on unlocked/jailbroken iPhones fixes the genuine activation certificates needed for Push notifications to work properly.
Add this URL as a SOURCE under Cydia: http://www.cmdshft.ipwn.me/apt/
Then all you have to do is search for "Push Doctor", and install the application. You won't notice an app icon for it, or any other differences. Once you have installed the application, it is already working. No further setup is necessary.
While your at it, why not check out "MakeItMine" app under Cydia as well. This application is a must for tweakers, as it changes your carrier name. Once the app is installed, and you have made the change, you can remove the app, and your custom setting remains.
Have fun!

Here is an awesome subset of javascript that I am going to be using to rebuild this site. I would suggest familiarizing yourself with jQuery because its pretty state of the art stuff. Why spend countless hours writing all these functions when someone has built it all nicely for you?
